The Next Level Business Hour topics will focus on strategies to assist existing business owners with establishing their new normal. It will also include brainstorming conversations and sharing innovative ideas business owners have implemented during the pandemic.

• September 23rd, 6 pm to 7 pm “Pandemic Innovations – Keeping your business vibrantly alive!”
COVID-19 generated next-level ideas almost ahead of their time! Business owners had to pivot to stay afloat creatively. In this session, we will discuss and brainstorm innovative ideas to revitalize your business.
• October 14th, 12 pm to 1 pm “Are You In Good Hands? – Insurance needs of the small business owner.”
As unexpected as COVID, as startling as a hurricane, and as surprising as snow in July, the unexpected can and will happen! Insurance is often put on the back burner until later, but often later is too late. This session provides insight into the type and level of insurance you may need for your small business.
• October 28th, 6 pm to 7 pm “COVID-19 Business Facelifts – Refreshing your brand.”
Business owners are excited about moving forward as COVID-19 restrictions are being lifted; however, “same old, same old” is no longer a viable option. This session will focus on ideas for refreshing your brand.
• November 11th, 12 pm to 1 pm “Me, Myself and Others! – Net-worthing without a business card!”
Elevate your networking skills into Net-Worthing! You are more than a business card and a smooth spiel. People want to know the person behind the business, what they believe, what they stand for, and more. Networking has taken on a social media flavor, and your customers are interested in YOU and the product or service you provide.
• December 9th, 1 2 pm to 1 pm “Proactive Communication – Less is more when you listen!
